AURORA MELBOURNE CENTRAL, REACHES PROJECT COMPLETION
Leading Malaysian property developer, UEM Sunrise Berhad (“UEM Sunrise” or “the Company”), has successfully reached practical completion for the final stage of its AU$800 million flagship Australian project, Aurora Melbourne Central.

With the project now 100 per cent sold, we’re also nearing an outstanding 100 per cent settlement figure, with residents still moving in to the final stage with all prior stages fully settled.

City of Melbourne Lord Mayor Sally Capp also commented on the completion of Aurora Melbourne Central.
